ph3665 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph3665" / "we" / "us" / "our" means the operator of the ph3665 platform accessible at ph3665.net, including its affiliates, officers, employees, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" means the ph3665 website at ph3665.net, including all games, software, tools, features, and services made available through it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph3665 Account login credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your ph3665 Account and must not reuse a password used for any other online service, including GCash or Maya.
• ph3665 will never request your password, GCash PIN, Maya password, or any banking credential through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify ph3665 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, by contacting support at [email protected].
• All transactions completed using your Account credentials — whether or not made by you personally — are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ph3665 of a suspected breach prior to such transactions.

ph3665 supports the following payment methods for deposit and withdrawal transactions by Philippine players:

6.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph3665 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not verified as belonging to the registered ph3665 Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on the ph3665 Platform across all game categories, including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, e-sabong, and lottery products.

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by the ph3665 system. Bets placed with insufficient Account balance, in breach of applicable betting limits, or during system maintenance periods are void. ph3665 sets minimum and maximum betting limits per game and per session; these limits are displayed within each game's interface.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption — whether on the ph3665 Platform, on a third-party game provider's system, or through a network failure — ph3665 reserves the right to void affected bets. 8.3 Errors in Odds or Game Display

ph3665 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on markets opened in error, or in reliance on software display errors that materially misrepresent the true odds or game state. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: odds that are significantly below or above market rates due to a technical fault; game paytable displays that do not match the game's certified RTP; and sports odds offered on events or markets that were published in error.

8.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body of that sport. ph3665 reserves the right to suspend or cancel sports markets where event integrity concerns exist. Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event or period has concluded are void. Odds shown during live betting are as accurate as technically possible but may be subject to brief delays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph3665 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the ph3665 Platform while under 21 years of age, or misrepresenting your age during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one ph3665 Account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, manipulate games, or gain an unfair advantage on the ph3665 Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on ph3665.
• Using the ph3665 Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit promotions, game mechanics, or the ph3665 sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in odds or game displays to gain financially, rather than reporting such errors to ph3665 support immediately.

• Impersonating ph3665 staff, other players, or any other person in connection with the ph3665 Platform.

10.1 Age Restriction

10.2 Player-Controlled Limits

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph3665 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph3665 content in any form. Any unauthorised use of ph3665 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph3665's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player into their ph3665 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph3665 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from your use of the Platform or any inability to use the Platform:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, game error, or system outage beyond ph3665's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements and account security obligations.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
• Any loss arising from events outside ph3665's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph3665's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

ph3665 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documents.
• Account activity that ph3665 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine authority.
• At the player's own written request, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and withdrawal processing.

Upon termination of an Account, ph3665 will process a final withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the ph3665 Platform, or any gaming transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit their dispute to ph3665 in writing via [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and the remedy sought. ph3665 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint. If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, the player may escalate the matter through the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory channels.

ph3665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, where practicable.

The current version of these Terms is always available at ph3665.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the ph3665 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
